Description
LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK filament is a high-temperature PA6-based 3D printing material in striking black color. This PA6 stands out with its remarkable mechanical strength, surpassing conventional filaments. Its outstanding thermal properties, exceptional chemical resistance to oils and lubricants, and elevated resistance to abrasion makes it stand tall amongst unmodified PA6 or PA66 materials. Moreover, it boasts excellent electrical insulation properties, further enhancing it for various industrial 3d printing applications.
Whether for long-term operation at elevated temperatures of up to 120°C (20,000h) or short-time bursts at 160°C (max. 200h), this material maintains its mechanical integrity. Enjoy seamless printing with minimal linear processing shrinkage (0.3%) and reduced water absorption (<0.3%, 23°C / 24h). LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK unlocks a new level of precision and reliability for professional users, ensuring flawless prints with high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation properties.
- Easy to print on all known filament printers
- Optimized surface appearance
- Low warping and increased layer adhesion
- High mechanical strength and toughness

To get the best results while printing we advise you to keep the 3D printer in a room where there is hardly any draft and/or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not being used it is important to keep filament in a bag and stored in a cool, dry and dark place until it is used again.
